Your message is sent to the BEFENIX SOFT LAB team.
It is delivered through our technical providers acting as processors: Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and network protection) and our email relay service. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some processing involves servers located outside the European Union (notably in Madagascar and the United States). These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then archived for up to three years for evidential purposes before deletion.
Technical anti-spam data is kept for up to twelve months.
